DESCRIPTION:

Clear 3D bows that change to different colors (blue, purple, pink, or peach) in UV light!

 

To glue these down we recommend a small dot of our #1 and using our  Rhinestone dotting tool or a pair of tweezers to apply them directly. Then apply number two and seal them in with number 3.

You can also apply them to your completely finished mani with a dot of #1 liquid.
